With more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, his background spans home health operations, clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality improvement, and organizational growth.

His experience includes leading multi-site home health operations serving more than 500 patients, achieving sustained CMS 5-Star quality performance, guiding survey readiness and regulatory remediation, and working directly with owners, governing bodies, administrators, and clinical leaders.

Through RHCC, Stan provides practical executive-level guidance designed not simply to identify deficiencies, but to help organizations correct underlying systems, strengthen accountability, and sustain compliance after the immediate problem is resolved.
