Our mission is to help home health organizations strengthen regulatory readiness, operational discipline, and leadership decision-making in an increasingly complex healthcare environment.

Stanley A. Rynkiewicz III, RN, MSN, LNHA

Founder and Principal Consultant Stanley A. Rynkiewicz III brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across the home health continuum, having served as Executive Director, Administrator, Governing Board member, Compliance Officer, Clinical Manager, Business Development Director, and RN Case Manager.

Stanley has also served in industry leadership roles, including Southeast Board Chair of the Pennsylvania Home Care Association and Chair of the Southeast Pennsylvania Healthcare Coalition Home Health & Hospice Committee. He is a United States Air Force veteran and former Captain.

Throughout his career, Stanley has successfully launched and led multiple home health organizations — including building a CHAP-accredited home health and home care agency that achieved CMS Home Health Compare 5-Star status and served more than 500 patients. He currently serves as a CHAP Certified Consultant and Board of Review member, supporting national accreditation review activities including citation review and corrective action plan evaluation for home health agencies across the United States.
